Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before accessing or using the resilientamerica.org website (the “Service”) provided by Resilient America (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

The accessibility decision in addition to the use of the Service rests on your agreement with and commitment to these Terms. They are valid for all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

When you access or use the Service, you must follow these rules. You will be barred from the Service in case you are not ok with any of the terms.

The Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and disseminate various information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content you post on or through the Service.

The account of each individual who is seen to have violated the copyright guidelines may be terminated at any time according to our discretion.

Accounts

When you decide you want to create an account with us, you should tell us your correct, entire, and current information under a protocol that will be guilt-ridden by you if you do not.

Considering that the non-disclosure of the password is your responsibility, and in the case of any unauthorized activities or actions that occur under the password, be they legal or illegal, your password with our Service or with a third-party service, will be at fault if you become the object of negative actions.

By accepting the terms and conditions, you promise not to give the access code to anyone other than us and inform us about any security breach or the cases of unauthorized access to your profile immediately.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Resilient America.

Resilient America is not the owner but one who gazes at the third-party websites or services and has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The user is solely responsible and acknowledges that Resilient America is only the intermediary between third offerors and the user. We remain as the third party, but our name stays clear of the third-party offer as being the middle man. You tolerate and agree that Resilient America is not the party which is responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for damages, etc. caused by it or with the use of such content, goods, or services confiding on/through third-party websites or services.

Please, in this context, be reminded that reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies of third-party websites or stay should be of utmost value.

Termination

Even more importantly, we can withdraw access to our service without any warning at all, during which time we are not to be held responsible for any claims, in case we decide to do so. This includes, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Use.

After the end of the contract, you will immediately lose the right to access it. If you want to stop using the Service, you can do so just by not logging into the account any longer.

Governing Law

The interpretation and configuration of these Terms, the law of India, will rule over them regardless of the conflict of their law provisions.

Our lack of insistence on the enforcement of any right or provision of these Terms shall not be a cause of the loss of those rights. In case of any provision of these Terms is being declared null and void by a court of law, the rest of provisions here will remain in force. The agreement hinged on these Terms between the two of us is the full agreement we have, with the exception of all the earlier agreements.

Changes

We could, at our sole discretion, amend or change these Terms at any time. If a change is key, we will strive to send out notices to you of at least 30 days prior to the new terms being active. A change will be considered material at our discretion.

Just by keeping using our Service if you still do so after the changes take place, you automatically sign up to observe the new terms. If you disagree with the new terms, you should immediately stop using the Service.
